개요

EToH XL은 Eternal Towers of Hell에 기반하여 만들어졌으며, EToH의 타워들을 더 길게 확장시킨 게임이다.

여기서 '확장시키다'라는 말은 층 수를 늘린다는 뜻이며, Steeple을 Tower로, Tower를 Citadel로, Citadel을 Obelisk로 타워의 규모가 커지게 된다.

각 구역은 EToH의 구역과 동일하지만, XL이라는 이름에 맞게 로비가 한층 더 웅장하게 만들어지며 원래 EToH에는 없는 타워인 이 게임만의 타워도 각 구역마다 1 ~ 2개 존재한다. 또한 EToH 타워의 제작자가 자신의 타워가 EToH XL에 사용되는 것을 원하지 않을 경우에는 전체적인 테마는 동일하지만 원작 타워를 사용하지 않고 처음부터 다시 재건축하는 '대체 타워'를 사용한다.^[1]
